Warranty Information:
We offer a 1-year warranty for the entire machine (excluding consumables such as filters and water pipes). Our key components,
including the compressor, evaporator, condenser, and fans, are covered by a 3-year warranty.
Warranty Coverage:
• During the warranty period, we will provide free replacement parts (excluding consumables) if the AWG (Air-to-Water Generator)
experiences defects due to quality issues. Customers are responsible for the international shipping costs for spare parts.
• Customers are encouraged to perform regular checks and maintenance as outlined in the product manual to ensure smooth operation
of the AWG. Timely identification of potential issues can help resolve them efficiently.
Exclusions:
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, collision, failure to follow the user manual, or improper environmental
placement.
